All website content, branding, logos, designs, and creative materials developed by Trendly Mitra remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. Client-provided assets remain the property of the respective client. Ownership of agreed project deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, as outlined in the service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, and access to relevant platforms in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines and deliverables.
Payment terms, milestones, and refund policies are specified in individual project proposals or agreements. Trendly Mitra reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue payments. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to the signed agreement and project progress.
Trendly Mitra respects the confidentiality of client information. Any confidential business information shared during a project will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., social media, analytics tools, advertising networks). Trendly Mitra is not responsible for changes in platform policies, algorithms, or performance that may affect campaign results. Clients are responsible for adhering to the terms of service of any third-party platforms used.
Trendly Mitra strives for exceptional results but cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes such as viral reach, exact ROI figures, or ranking positions, as these depend on market conditions and platform algorithms. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
